Enemy launches about 700-800 attacks on Ukrainians positions ever day - Zaluzhnyi.

The Russian invaders every day launch about 700-800 attacks on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using from 40,000 to 60,000 pieces of ammunition.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi said in a phone conversation with General Wayne Donald Eyre, Chief of the Defence Staff of Canada, Ukrinform reports, referring Zaluzhnyi's Telegram channel.

“The enemy continues to advance along the entire front line. At the same time, the enemy carries out approximately 700-800 shelling of our positions every day, using from 40 to 60 thousand pieces of ammunition. The enemy’s main efforts are concentrated on pushing our troops back from the Donetsk oblast. The most intense situation is now on the axis of Avdiivka-Pisky-Mariinka,” report says.

Zaluzhnyi stressed that Russians continue to shell cities and villages of Ukraine. Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Marhanets, Nikopol, Bereznehuvate are the most affected settlements by hostile shelling.

The Commander-in-Chief also thanked General Eyre for the assistance, especially in training Ukrainian soldiers.

As Ukrinform reported, Canada announced the resumption of its UNIFIER military training mission in Ukraine.
