Censor.NET correspondent reported from the scene.
The National Corps said:
"Czech Republic is known by its globally famous Kozel [male goat - ed.] beer. Now the prominent male goat of Czech Republic is its President Zeman.
"We believe that Mr. Zeman deserves a gift to remind him about our attitude - a male goat with a foreign passport....
"30 years of Soviet occupation that were forgotten by the 72-year-old president left an ambiguous mark on the fate of the Czech people. We advise [him] to refresh the memory and stop discrediting dignity of his own country by personal pro-Russian views that contradict Helsinki Final Act of CSCE."
The activists said they bought the male goat at a slaughterhouse.
The press secretary of the embassy took the male goat's passport and said the embassy would think of what to do with the animal.
Earlier, Czech President Milos Zeman said in Strasbourg on Tuesday in his address to members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe that the loss of Crimea is a 'fait accompli' and proposed to settle the issue with Russia's payments to Ukraine.
