Herashchenko congratulated Ukrainian counterintelligence officers on the "big victory" and said Gratov was a dangerous terrorist. The 'cajolery' operation lasted for about six months.
"He is a highly valuable source of information about activities of the Russian secret services in Crimea seizure and the failed operation "Russian spring" in the Donbas. All counterintelligence officers involved in planning and implementation of the special operation to detain Sanych should be awarded with high state decorations," Herashchenko wrote.
