“Traditionally, Lisova station became the busiest station, used by over 21.4 million Kyiv residents and guests of the capital. The quietest station on the red line was Dnipro, with 986.5 thousand passengers. In total, this line, consisting of 18 stations, transported 208.1 million passengers,” reads the report.
The blue line of Kyiv Metro was the second busiest line in 2017, which served 172. 6 million passengers. The largest number of passengers was recorded at Minska station (over 17 million per year), while Poshtova Ploshcha was the least used station (4.3 million).
The green line of Kyiv Metro served almost 117, 7 million Kyiv residents and guests of the capital in 2017. The largest number of passengers was recorded at Lukianivska station (14.6 million) and Pozniaky (14.1 million) station, while Chervonyi Khutir emerged as the station with the least number of passengers (1.6 million).
