Two Ukrainian soldiers injured as militants intensify mortar strikes in Donbas today, - ATO HQ

Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO headquarters press center.

"In Luhansk direction, the enemy employed 120-mm mortars and small arms against the Ukrainian troops' positions near Luhanske. Positions near Lopaskyne and Troitske were shelled with 82 mm mortars. The invaders have also been inviting retaliation of Ukrainian servicemen deployed on the outskirts of Krymske and Zaitseve over the day.

"In Donetsk direction, defenders of Avdiivka, Pisky, Marinka and Starohnativka were fired upon with infantry weapons. A sniper attacked our positions near Novotroitske.

"When necessary, the ATO servicemen responded robustly to the hostile actions using small arms and grenade launchers.

"The illegal armed groups have breached truce 14 times totally from midnight. Two Ukrainian servicemen were injured in action," the situation report reads.
