The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has called on Russian-controlled militants in Donbas via Twitter to stop shelling civilian infrastructure facilities in the region.
"Rus[sia]-led sep[aratist]s target civ[ilian] infrastructure again,” the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine tweeted, adding that the shelling of the Yasynuvata pumping station has left 400,000 people without water supplies.
