"It [the agreement - ed.] stipulates for conducting of special operations, holding joint research and development, and even placement of military reserves of the United States of America on Ukrainian territory," he said.
The speaker said the U.S. has long practiced such agreements and has ones with Japan, Australia, and Israel.
Parubii said the agreement will provide a priority right for provision of defensive lethal weapons. The speaker believes the matter of the lethal weapons for Ukraine might be addressed in the near future.
