One person traumatized as protesters break into Kyiv city council, attack security guards, police. VIDEO

Several dozen protesters broke into the building of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) around 11:20 a.m. They demanded action to resume construction of their apartment block. One person was injured as crowd gathered at the entrance, Censor.NET reports referring to Interfax-Ukraine.

The protesters demand a snap vote on allocation of the land plot which would allow resuming construction of their apartment block. No information on the construction site location is available so far.

The protesters smashed windows at the main hall and attacked the security guards with plastic bottles.

A stampede broke out as the crowd gathered at the security desk at the entrance to the upper floor.

As reported by 112 Ukraine TV channel, Ukrainski Novyny estimated some 400 persons broke into the city council.

A person reported injured in the stampede caused by protesters storming the government facility. The doctors have already provided the injured with the medical assistance.
