The corresponding decision was made during today's meeting of the government, Espreso.TV reports.
"The extension of temporary emergency measures in the energy sector. Any comments? It is accepted," Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said while discussing the agenda.
During the meeting, a plan was also adopted for the preparation of fuel and energy complex facilities for the autumn-winter period.
"Next week we will hold a conference call on the preparation for winter," the Premier added.
As reported, the decree on temporary introduction of emergency measures in the national electricity market enabled Ukraine to reduce the consumption of anthracite coal and increase the consumption of nuclear power.
